A 4 day in-person gathering, with 1 or 2 trainers, and people from different cohorts where you will have the opportunity to apply what you learned, experience in-person forest therapy walks and simply connect and share experiences and stories with other guides.
After you complete your 6 month remote Forest Therapy training, you will get a provisional certification for 2 years. Once you attend the 4 day immersion training, you will get the permanent certification.
In this immersion, you will:

Once you complete this four-day immersion, your certification will be moved from provisional to permanent. You have two years after you complete the six month core training course to complete an immersion. It will help to give you a sense of the community of guides that has grown and is active throughout the world.
The Broughton Hall Estate has been the home of the Tempest family since 1097 and enjoys a rich history stretching back over the Millennium. The Broughton Hall Estate is home to a magnificent Historic House, a collection of unique Holiday Homes and an off-grid Shepherd’s Hut. Sitting at the edge of an ancient woodland, this former goat farm has been lovingly refurbished into a joyous and friendly holiday home in a truly enchanting setting.
4 twin bedrooms each with spacious ensuite bathroom equipped with freestanding baths (2 single beds in each bedroom : 2 people sharing one bedroom)
Accommodation Cost (per person; based on 15 occupants)
Cost per person per night: £62.50 GBP for a single bed in either Higher Scarcliffe or Yellison. Same price for all single beds, including the mezzanine. (Offered on a first come, first served basis)

Off-Site Accommodation
If you choose to stay in off-site accommodation, a fee of £90pp will be payable by 8th June for the use and enjoyment of the Estate grounds and facilities during the immersion. (This fee does not apply if you are staying at Broughton Hall Estate)

From the M1 Leave at junction 42 onto the M62. Join the M606 and follow signs for Skipton. From the M6 Leave at junction 29 onto the M65 and follow signs for Skipton. Broughton Hall is located 2 miles to the west of Skipton on the A59.

The Estate is 42 miles from Manchester.
The Holiday Homes are a 40-minute walk from Broughton Hall entrance. On arrival at and on departure from the Venue, transport from and to the entrance will be available at set times (if taxis drop off/pick up at the entrance only)
Once you are approved for the immersion by the ANFT Office, booking of accommodation will be done directly with the trainers responsible for the immersion.

The tuition for the four-day immersion is $495. Wait to pay until you are ready to register for a specific immersion. You will have two years from the completion of your core guide training to do the immersion.
This does not include transportation, lodging or camping fees and food for the four-day immersion are the responsibility of the trainee.

Su pasión es devolver a los seres humanos a la naturaleza y apoyar la reconexión con la potencia restauradora del mundo natural. Está formada en Terapia de Bosque, Mindfulness Corporal y Descanso Consciente, Técnicas de Consejo y Meditación Activa, y en el campo de la Salud como Farmacéutica. Tiene una Maestría en Administración de Empresas y habla con fluidez portugués, inglés, español y francés.
